For over twenty years Rachel Hayward has been delighting audiences throughout Britain and Europe with her eclectic mix of calypso, soca, pop, ska, jazz, reggae, MOR and popular classics. She performs extensively at a wide variety of corporate, civil and private functions, parties, balls, and recitals, and has many repeat bookings with such diverse clients as Debenhams, Eurotunnel, the British Army and Navy, Princes Mead Shopping Centre, Oakwood Theme Park (Wales) and Wyevales Garden Centres. Recent engagements include Mosimann's and the London Boat Show. She can also be regularly heard at large outdoor events such as The Cowpie Country Show and Cranleigh Lions Carnival.

Rachel is also an accomplished arranger and interpreter of classical music on the steel pan. She won the UK’s National Steel Pan Soloists Competition in 1989, and in 1996 was placed fourth in the World Championships in Trinidad, and remains the only European ever to have reached the finals.
